7mm scale (1:43.75) Lynton and Barnstaple Railway style coupler bases suitable for use with all Zamzoodled chopper couplings.
The pack contains 8 coupler bases (enough for 4 wagons) in cast nickel-silver together with the springs* (2 per base) and washers* (1 per base) required to mount a coupler. The bases are designed to be permanently fixed to the rolling stock buffer beam in the exact centre at the correct height. The coupler is then fitted using a spring front and back which will allow the coupler to flex sideways. (* note we generally include one spare spring and washer per pack as these are easily lost however this is not guaranteed)
