7mm scale (1:43.75) round faced working chopper coupling of a style similar to that used by many narrow gauge railways such as the Welsh Highland, Vale of Rheidol, Welshpool and Llanfair, Isle of Man, etc. This coupler will couple with all other Zamzoodled design chopper couplings.
The pack contains 4 pairs of couplers (enough for 4 locos, wagons etc.) with pins and soft iron wire required for assembly. Each pair comprises a single nickel-silver casting with two coupler/buffer bodies and a chopper. Note the couplers are single ended, i.e. the locos, wagons etc. must all face the same way.
Each coupler can be fixed to rolling stock with either a CFFF flexible coupler fixing* or a CFLB L&B style coupler base*, or alternative fixings of your own making. Assembly instructions with details on tools/materials required and fixing methods can be found under the Resources page.
