Shipping & Returns

Payment Options

We accept on-line payments by credit/debit card via Moneybookers/Skrill (no account required). Note we cannot accept orders and payments over the phone or via email.


Shipping Charges and Options

Shipping options vary depending on the type and value of items and your shipping address. Shipping Options and Costs are displayed in the checkout stage before you buy.


UK orders will typically be sent either by Royal Mail First Class Recorded or Special Delivery Next Day according to value.


EU and International Orders will typically be sent either by Airmail Small Packets, Airsure (where available) or International Signed For according to value.


Taxes, Customs Duties and VAT

A CN22 form will be affixed to all non EU shipments with a description of Model/Toy Train Parts, HS Code 950310 and the value in GBP.


You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties and/or customs fees charged by your government. Please check with your local post office for more information.


Zamzoodled is not VAT registered.


Delivery Times

We will endeavour to ship your order within a few days of receipt subject to availability of stock. However, please note that Zamzoodled is a spare time business so there will be times when we are unable to process orders due to work, family commitments, holidays etc. In such cases orders will be processed as soon as possible upon return.


The current stock levels are shown against each product and represents items ready for shipping. This is updated automatically with each order. Where stock levels are low (or negative) it means we may have to order in further supplies to fulfil your order. In such cases delivery could be 4-6 weeks from order. We will notify you as soon as possible whenever this applies.


Returns Policy

In compliance with EU regulations you have the right to cancel your order (unless the goods are bespoke) within 7 days of receipt of the goods providing the goods are returned to us in their original condition within 14 days of purchase. In the event that you cancel an order under the terms of this Returns Policy, you will be responsible for paying all shipping costs involved. To return an item visit our Contact us page to request return instructions. In your message, be sure to include: your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return. Please Note: Be sure to send your return via an insured carrier. Zamzoodled is not responsible for lost returns.


If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us using our Contact us page in the first instance. In your message, be sure to include: your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return. Also, please specify whether you prefer a replacement or a refund. We will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments.
